Human Resources Code § 33.004","heading":"COMMODITY DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM ADVISORY BOARDS.","body":"(a) The department may establish state or district-level advisory boards to facilitate the operations of the commodity distribution program.\n(b) The advisory boards shall be of the size, membership, and experience that the commissioner determines to be essential for the accomplishment of the purposes of this chapter and not in conflict with or duplicative of other laws on this subject.\nActs 1979, 66th Leg., p. 2354, ch. 842, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff.
