Human Resources Code § 40.0326","heading":"RECRUITMENT OF CASEWORKERS.","body":"When recruiting child protective services caseworkers, the department shall target its recruitment efforts toward individuals who hold a bachelor's degree or advanced degree in at least one of the following academic areas:\n(1) social work;\n(2) counseling;\n(3) early childhood education;\n(4) psychology;\n(5) criminal justice;\n(6) elementary or secondary education;\n(7) sociology; or\n(8) human services.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1406 (S.B. 758), Sec. 24, eff.
