Human Resources Code § 40.0528","heading":"GOALS FOR BUSINESS PLAN FOR CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES; REPORTING CASELOAD INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The department shall consider the following goals in developing the business plan required under Section 40.05275 for the child protective services program:\n(1) reducing caseloads;\n(2) enhancing accountability;\n(3) improving the quality of investigations;\n(4) eliminating delays; and\n(5) ensuring the most efficient and effective use of child protective services staff and resources.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 944 , Sec. 86(53), eff.
