Human Resources Code § 40.067","heading":"DELIVERY OF SERVICES IN AREAS BORDERING UNITED MEXICAN STATES.","body":"The department shall:\n(1) study issues related to providing child and adult protective services in areas bordering the United Mexican States;\n(2) develop a plan for providing those services in the most efficient manner; and\n(3) pursue and enter into agreements for coordinated services, to the extent permissible under federal law, with the United Mexican States or any of its political subdivisions.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1022, Sec. 22, eff.
