Human Resources Code § 42.0452","heading":"FOSTER PARENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES STATEMENT.","body":"(a) The department shall develop a statement that lists the rights and responsibilities of a foster parent in an agency foster home and a child-placing agency, as applicable.\n(b) The department shall provide a written copy of the statement developed under Subsection (a) to each foster parent in an agency foster home and to each child-placing agency licensed by the department. A child-placing agency shall provide a written copy of the statement developed under Subsection (a) to each foster parent in an agency foster home verified by the child-placing agency.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 939 (H.B. 3137), Sec. 1, eff.
