Human Resources Code § 42.0551","heading":"POSTING OF EMPLOYEE LIST.","body":"(a) Each day-care center, group day-care home, and family home shall post a list of all current employees at the center or home in accordance with rules adopted by the executive commissioner.\n(b) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules regarding the size, wording, and placement of the list required under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 308 (S.B. 565), Sec. 1, eff.
