Human Resources Code § 42.151","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Employer-based day-care facility\" means a day-care facility that is:\n(A) operated by a small employer to provide care to not more than 12 children of the employer's employees; and\n(B) located on the employer's premises.\n(2) \"Small employer\" means a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other legal entity that employs fewer than 100 full-time employees.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1414 (H.B. 1385), Sec. 2, eff.
