Human Resources Code § 48.303","heading":"MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.","body":"(a) The department shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with each state agency that operates, licenses, certifies, or registers a facility in which elderly persons or persons with disabilities are located that clarifies each agency's responsibility under this chapter.\n(b) Not later than the last month of each state fiscal year, the department and the other agencies shall review and update the memorandum.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 1052, Sec. 5.01(a), eff.
