Human Resources Code § 48.405","heading":"HEARING; ORDER.","body":"(a) If the employee requests a hearing, the department or its designee shall:\n(1) set a hearing;\n(2) give written notice of the hearing to the employee; and\n(3) designate an administrative law judge to conduct the hearing.\n(b) The administrative law judge shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall promptly issue an order regarding the occurrence of the reportable conduct.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1056, Sec. 17, eff.
