Human Resources Code § 51.0021","heading":"FAMILY VIOLENCE SERVICES PLAN.","body":"(a) The commission shall develop and maintain a plan for delivering family violence services in this state.\n(b) In developing the plan under this section, the commission shall consider the geographic distribution of services and the need for services, including the need for increasing services for underserved populations.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 6, Sec. 4, eff.
