Human Resources Code § 63.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Juvenile\" means a person from the age of 10 to 18 years who has been found to have engaged in delinquent conduct by a court of competent jurisdiction.\n(2) \"Facility\" means a residential facility for the placement of juveniles for periods up to one year in length.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 564, Sec. 1, eff.
