June 18, 2005.\n(c) A policy as to which the insured employees do not pay any part of the premium must insure:\n(1) all eligible employees; or\n(2) all eligible employees except any employees as to whom evidence of individual insurability is not satisfactory to the insurer.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff.
