Insurance Code § 1131.757","heading":"OPTIONAL POLICY PROVISIONS.","body":"A policy of wholesale, franchise, or employee life insurance may contain in substance provisions under which:\n(1) the policy is renewable at the option of the insurer only;\n(2) coverage by the insurer terminates on termination of employment or membership by the insured employee or member; or\n(3) an individual eligible for insurance must furnish evidence of individual insurability satisfactory to the insurer as a condition to coverage.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff.
