Insurance Code § 1201.008","heading":"JUDICIAL REVIEW.","body":"An insurer that is dissatisfied with an order, act, rule, administrative ruling, or decision of the commissioner under this chapter may, after failing to get relief from the commissioner, file a petition seeking judicial review of the order, act, rule, ruling, or decision in accordance with Subchapter D, Chapter 36.
