Insurance Code § 1201.271","heading":"ALTERATION OF POLICY APPLICATION.","body":"(a) A person may not alter a written application for an individual accident and health insurance policy unless the person has the written consent of the applicant.\n(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), an insurer may make an insertion to an application solely for administrative purposes in a manner that indicates clearly that the insertion is not attributed to the applicant.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
