Insurance Code § 1251.055","heading":"FUND FOR FORMER EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS.","body":"(a) An insurer may issue a group accident and health insurance policy to a trustee of a fund to insure former employees, former members, and the spouses, former spouses, and dependents of former employees and members who were previously insured by the insurer under a policy issued to any entity described by this subchapter.\n(b) The trustee of a fund is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
