Insurance Code § 1251.359","heading":"COVERAGE FOR OTHER RISKS.","body":"(a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to cover any risk or class of risks other than a risk described by this subchapter that, as determined by the commissioner, is eligible for blanket accident and health insurance.\n(b) The commissioner may make a determination under Subsection (a) based on an individual risk, a class of risks, or both.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
