Insurance Code § 1253.056","heading":"PAST DUE PREMIUM.","body":"(a) A policy may provide that the continuation of coverage is contingent on payment of any premium that:\n(1) is unpaid on the date the work stoppage begins; and\n(2) became due before the date the work stoppage begins.\n(b) A premium described by Subsection (a) must be paid before the date the next premium becomes due under the policy.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
