Insurance Code § 1272.204","heading":"COOPERATION OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION.","body":"A health maintenance organization shall cooperate with a delegated entity to correct a failure by the entity to comply with the department's regulatory requirements relating to:\n(1) a function delegated to the entity by the health maintenance organization; or\n(2) a matter necessary for the health maintenance organization to ensure compliance with each statutory or regulatory requirement.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
