Insurance Code § 1369.101","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Enrollee\" means a person who is entitled to benefits under a health benefit plan.\n(2) \"Outpatient contraceptive service\" means a consultation, examination, procedure, or medical service that is provided on an outpatient basis and that is related to the use of a drug or device intended to prevent pregnancy.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
