Insurance Code § 1451.113","heading":"SELECTION OF LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER.","body":"An insured may select a licensed clinical social worker to provide the services or procedures scheduled in the health insurance policy that:\n(1) are within the scope of the social worker's license, including the provision of direct, diagnostic, preventive, or clinical services to individuals, families, and groups whose functioning is threatened or affected by social or psychological stress or health impairment; and\n(2) are specified as services under the terms of the health insurance policy.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff.
