Insurance Code § 1551.320","heading":"CERTAIN COSTS.","body":"The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board shall pay all costs incurred in determining whether an individual is disabled if:\n(1) the individual is an annuitant under the optional retirement program established by Chapter 830, Government Code; and\n(2) the individual's last state employment was as an officer or employee of the coordinating board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
