Insurance Code § 1575.151","heading":"TYPES OF COVERAGES.","body":"The trustee may include in a plan any coverage it considers advisable, including:\n(1) life insurance;\n(2) accidental death and dismemberment coverage;\n(3) coverage for:\n(A) hospital care and benefits;\n(B) surgical care and treatment;\n(C) medical care and treatment;\n(D) dental care;\n(E) eye care;\n(F) obstetrical benefits;\n(G) long-term care;\n(H) prescribed drugs, medicines, and prosthetic devices; and\n(I) supplemental benefits, supplies, and services in accordance with this chapter; and\n(4) protection against loss of salary.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
