Insurance Code § 1575.257","heading":"CIVIL SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE OF EMPLOYER TO COMPLY.","body":"(a) An employer who fails to comply with this subchapter may not apply for or spend any money received from a federal or private grant.\n(b) The trustee shall report an alleged noncompliance with this subchapter to the attorney general, the Legislative Budget Board, the comptroller, and the governor.\n(c) On receipt of a report under Subsection (b), the attorney general shall bring a writ of mandamus against the employer to compel compliance with this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
