Insurance Code § 1575.351","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Credentialing committee\" means a credentialing committee created by the trustee under Section 1575.354.\n(2) \"Health care provider\" means:\n(A) an individual licensed as a health care practitioner; or\n(B) a health care facility.\n(3) \"Network\" means the coordinated care network implemented and administered by the trustee under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
