Insurance Code § 1575.362","heading":"DISCLOSURE TO CERTAIN ENTITIES.","body":"(a) A written or oral communication made to a credentialing committee, or a record or proceeding of the committee, may be disclosed to an appropriate:\n(1) state or federal agency, including a state board of registration or licensing;\n(2) national accreditation body; or\n(3) medical peer review committee.\n(b) A disclosure under this section is not a waiver of the confidential and privileged nature of the information.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
