Insurance Code § 1575.453","heading":"STUDY AND REPORT BY TRUSTEE.","body":"(a) The trustee shall study the operation and administration of this chapter, including:\n(1) conducting surveys and preparing reports on financing group coverages and health benefit plans available to participants;\n(2) studying the experience and projected cost of coverage; and\n(3) reviewing the group coverages provided to and the benefits and services being received by individuals covered under this chapter.\n(b) The trustee shall report annually to the legislature and the department on the operation and administration of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
