Insurance Code § 1575.501","heading":"EXPULSION FOR FRAUD.","body":"After notice and hearing as provided by this subchapter, the trustee may expel from participation in the group program a retiree, dependent, surviving spouse, or surviving dependent child who:\n(1) submits a fraudulent claim or application for coverage under the group program; or\n(2) defrauds or attempts to defraud a health benefit plan offered under the group program.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
