Insurance Code § 1601.251","heading":"SYSTEM CAFETERIA PLAN FUND.","body":"(a) The governing board of each system may establish and administer a cafeteria plan fund.\n(b) The following shall be credited to the cafeteria plan fund of a system:\n(1) salary reduction payments for benefits included in a cafeteria plan adopted under this chapter, other than group coverage plans under the uniform program;\n(2) appropriations by the state for the administration of a cafeteria plan; and\n(3) a monthly fee established under Section 1601.202.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
