Insurance Code § 1601.308","heading":"EXPENSES.","body":"(a) A member's service on the advisory committee of a system is in addition to the duties of the member's state office or employment.\n(b) An expense incurred by an advisory committee member in performing a duty as a member of the committee shall be paid from money made available for that purpose to the system of which the member is an employee or officer.\n(c) Employees may not be required to pay from the amount of employer contributions due the employees or from the amount of additional contributions due for selected coverages under this chapter the expenses of an advisory committee established under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff.
