Insurance Code § 1662.051","heading":"REQUIRED DISCLOSURE TO ENROLLEE ON REQUEST.","body":"(a) On request of a health benefit plan enrollee, the health benefit plan issuer or administrator shall provide to the enrollee a disclosure in accordance with this subchapter.\n(b) A health benefit plan issuer or administrator may allow an enrollee to request cost-sharing information for a specific preventive or non-preventive health care service or supply by including terms such as \"preventive,\" \"non-preventive,\" or \"diagnostic\" when requesting information under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 333 (H.B. 2090), Sec. 3, eff.
