Insurance Code § 1701.053","heading":"FILING FEE.","body":"(a) The department shall collect a fee in an amount determined by the commissioner for the filing of the form of a document under this chapter.\n(b) The fee may not exceed:\n(1) $100 for filing the form of a new or amended document that is not exempt from review under Section 1701.005(b); and\n(2) $50 for filing the form of a new or amended document that is exempt from review under Section 1701.005(b).\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 5, eff.
