Insurance Code § 1901.053","heading":"MODIFICATION OF CLASSIFICATION RATES.","body":"(a) An insurer may modify classification rates to produce rates for individual risks in accordance with rating plans that establish standards for measuring variations in hazards or expense provisions.\n(b) The standards may measure any difference among risks that can be demonstrated to have a probable effect on losses or expenses.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
