The amount of the fees may not exceed:\n(17) for filing a statement under Subchapters D and E, Chapter 823, if the amount of the consideration exceeds $9.9 million . . . an additional $500 for each additional $10 million of the consideration that exceeds $9.9 million, but not more than a total amount of $10,000 under this subdivision and Subdivision (16);\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 1, eff.
