Insurance Code § 2051.154","heading":"PROHIBITED ACT BY INSURER; ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.","body":"(a) An insurer commits an administrative violation if the insurer directly or indirectly requires a person to apply for or purchase an insurance policy, other than a workers' compensation insurance policy, as a condition of issuing a workers' compensation insurance policy.\n(b) An insurer that violates this section is subject to administrative penalties under Chapter 84.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
