Insurance Code § 2053.034","heading":"FILING REQUIREMENTS.","body":"Each insurance company shall file with the department a copy of the insurance company's underwriting guidelines. The insurance company shall update its filing each time the underwriting guidelines are changed. If a group of insurance companies files one set of underwriting guidelines for the group, the group shall identify which underwriting guidelines apply to each insurance company in the group.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 730 (H.B. 2636), Sec. 3B.048(a), eff.
