Insurance Code § 2053.252","heading":"PLAN FOR PREMIUM DISCOUNT AND SURCHARGE.","body":"The commissioner shall adopt a plan under which each insurance company writing workers' compensation insurance in this state shall:\n(1) grant a premium discount to a small employer who qualifies for a discount under this subchapter; and\n(2) assess a surcharge as provided by Section 2053.254.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
