Insurance Code § 2054.204","heading":"ANNUAL STATEMENTS.","body":"(a) The company shall file annual statements with the department in the same manner as is required of other workers' compensation insurance companies.\n(b) The department shall include in the department's annual report under Section 32.021 a report on the company's condition.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
