Insurance Code § 2054.505","heading":"SAFETY CONSULTATION PROCEDURES.","body":"Not later than the 30th day after the effective date of a policy, the policyholder shall obtain a safety consultation required under Section 2054.504 from a safety consultant. The safety consultant must be:\n(1) the company;\n(2) the division; or\n(3) a professional source approved for that purpose by the division.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
