Insurance Code § 2054.552","heading":"COMPLAINTS.","body":"(a) The company shall establish methods by which consumers and service recipients are notified of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the company for the purpose of directing a complaint to the company.\n(b) The company may provide for the notice:\n(1) by a supplement or endorsement to a written policy;\n(2) on a sign prominently displayed in the place of business of each regional office of the company; or\n(3) in a bill for services provided by the company.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
