Insurance Code § 2153.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Group automobile insurance\" means automobile insurance that:\n(A) covers individuals who are over 55 years of age; and\n(B) is offered under a group marketing plan.\n(2) \"Group marketing\" means the marketing of group automobile insurance to an eligible group under Section 2153.052.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
