Insurance Code § 2153.052","heading":"ELIGIBILITY OF GROUP.","body":"(a) To be eligible for group marketing, a group must:\n(1) have existed for at least six months before the date the group automobile insurance is purchased; and\n(2) be organized for a purpose other than to become an insurance group under this chapter.\n(b) The group may include any group that is actuarially credible for underwriting purposes.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
