Insurance Code § 2203.354","heading":"ISSUANCE OF BONDS AUTHORIZED.","body":"On behalf of the association and subject to Section 2203.355, the Texas Public Finance Authority shall issue revenue bonds to:\n(1) fund the policyholder's stabilization reserve fund for nursing homes and assisted living facilities under Section 2203.303;\n(2) pay costs related to issuing the bonds; and\n(3) pay other costs related to the bonds as determined by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
