Insurance Code § 2205.155","heading":"OFFICERS; MEETINGS.","body":"(a) The board shall elect from the board's membership a presiding officer and other officers as provided by the plan of operation.\n(b) Each officer serves a one-year term that expires as provided by the plan of operation.\n(c) The board shall meet at the call of the presiding officer and at times established by the board's rules.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
