Insurance Code § 2205.156","heading":"GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD.","body":"(a) The board shall:\n(1) approve contracts, other than liability insurance contracts issued by the pool to child-care facilities; and\n(2) adopt premium rate schedules and policy forms for the pool.\n(b) The board may:\n(1) adopt rules as necessary for the operation of the pool;\n(2) delegate specific responsibilities to the pool manager; and\n(3) with the department's approval, amend the plan of operation as necessary to ensure the orderly management and operation of the pool.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
