Insurance Code § 2205.203","heading":"GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF POOL MANAGER.","body":"(a) The pool manager shall direct the general operation of the pool and perform other duties as directed by the board.\n(b) The pool manager shall:\n(1) receive and approve applications for liability coverage from the pool;\n(2) negotiate contracts for the pool; and\n(3) prepare proposed policy forms for board approval.\n(c) The pool manager may refuse to renew the coverage of a child-care facility insured by the pool that fails to meet the guidelines included in the plan of operation.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
