Insurance Code § 2206.052","heading":"PARTICIPATION IN POOL.","body":"(a) A school district that meets the criteria established by the school district risk management pool in the pool's plan of operation may:\n(1) purchase coverage from the pool; and\n(2) use district money to pay the fees, contributions, or premiums required to participate in the pool and obtain the coverage.\n(b) A junior college district may not participate in the school district risk management pool.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
