Insurance Code § 2207.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of trustees of a pool.\n(2) \"County\" means a county in this state.\n(3) \"Fund\" means an excess liability fund.\n(4) \"Junior college district\" means a junior college district created under the laws of this state.\n(5) \"Pool\" means an excess liability pool created under this chapter.\n(6) \"School district\" means a public school district created under the laws of this state.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
