Insurance Code § 2207.401","heading":"ENTITLEMENT TO COVERAGE.","body":"A county, school district, or junior college district is entitled to coverage from the pool if the county, school district, or junior college district:\n(1) submits a complete application;\n(2) provides other information required by the pool;\n(3) meets the underwriting standards established by the pool; and\n(4) pays the premiums required for the coverage.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
