Insurance Code § 2208.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of trustees of the pool.\n(2) \"Fund\" means the Texas public entity excess insurance fund.\n(3) \"Insurance\" means liability insurance or workers' compensation insurance.\n(4) \"Pool\" means the Texas public entity excess insurance pool.\n(5) \"Public entity\" means one or more municipalities that have formed an insurance pool under Chapter 791, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
